MACCA Conference Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing to MACCA’s Registration Chair via email at register@macca.net or mail to 2600 Willow Street Pike N., PMB 253, Willow Street, PA 17584. Receipt of cancellation requests will be determined by the postmark or the date/time on the email. Cancellations received by 11:59 p.m. on November 15 will be refunded at 100% less a $50 administration fee. Refunds of 50% less the $50 administration fee will be given between November 16 - 30. No refunds will be made after November 30. Substitutions are welcome to replace a registrant with no additional costs. Please note that the hotel room reservation must be cancelled directly with the hotel according to their cancellation policy. 

Registration will not be confirmed until payment is received and may be subject to cancellation. If payment is in process but will not be received prior to the conference, please notify the MACCA treasurer at treasurer@macca.net. If there are sudden extenuating circumstances that are beyond a MACCA member’s control, that make it impossible for the member to attend the conference or to send someone in their place, a member can petition the MACCA President for a refund minus an administration fee (please see the MACCA website for current President’s contact information). A letter or email explaining the circumstances should be sent to the president no later than 2 weeks after the conference. The president will then make a recommendation to the board for a vote.

This policy does not apply to on-site conference registrants.
