Becky has over 20 years of experience in career coaching, job search strategy, career and job counseling, employee assistance, and work-life and wellness support. She is passionate about coaching individuals toward achieving success, balance, and fulfillment in their lives and careers. Throughout her career, Becky has worked with hundreds of coaching clients, serving as a thoughtful partner to individuals seeking to improve their path forward. Using a goal-oriented approach, she collaborates with clients to create and manage individualized career or life plans. Her primary focus is working with individuals who are starting their careers, exploring career changes, or seeking to strengthen their networking skills.

Becky recently joined the Engagement Committee for the Mid-Atlantic Career Counseling Association (MACCA), where she collaborates with new and existing members.

A Pennsylvania native (and enthusiastic Eagles and Pitt Panthers fan), Becky now lives in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on her student athletes, traveling, relaxing at the beach, practicing yoga, singing, and volunteering for causes close to her heart.
